February:

Communication Practice

This month's calendar and note pages will prompt you to make small changes in your conversations. This will get you thinking about how you are communicating with the people around you.

Here's our short guide:

1. Click the pictures below to download the documents.

2. If you'd like, print out the documents - we suggest full-size for the calendar (A4) and A6 (four pages to an A4 sheet) for the note pages.

3. Each day use the calendar prompts to guide your conversations with others and with yourself. Using those prompts, fill out one communication note page per day.

4. Lastly, you can share on social media - don't forget to use the hashtag #FebCommunicationPractice and tag us @rachelamycounselling when you post so we can send you encouragement!

You've got this!

And if you haven't already, check out our latest blog posts, especially the one about the benefits of developing a communication practice.
