This month we've put together a printable calendar and notebook to help you develop a gratitude practice to build hope and resilience for the year ahead.
Here's our short guide:
1. Sign up below and download the documents.
2. If you'd like, print out the documents - we suggest full size for the calendar, and A6 (four to an A4) for the notebook pages.
3. Each day use the calendar prompts to fill out the gratitude notebook pages.
4. Lastly, you can share on social media - don't forget to use the hashtag #JanGratitudePractice and to tag us @rachelamycounselling when you post about your progress so we can send you encouragement!
