Processing Practice


This month we've put together a printable calendar and note pages to inspire reflection, and to help you process in creative ways.

Here's our short guide:

1. Sign up below and download the documents.

2. If you'd like, print out the documents - we suggest full size for the calendar (A4), and A6 (four to an A4) for the note pages.

3. Each day use the calendar prompts to inspire your movement practice and fill out the note pages.

4. Lastly, you can share on social media - don't forget to use the hashtag #JuneProcessingPractice and to tag us @rachelamycounselling when you post about your progress so we can send you encouragement!
